The Charlottesville Professional Firefighters serve the Communities of the City of Charlottesville, Albemarle County, and the University of Virginia.

Local 2363 is 62 members strong, out of a possible total membership roster of 74 persons, which would represent 100% of the eligible members of the department.

Our Executive board consists of the President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer. Each position is elected for a two year term. We have several committees working on various aspects of our fire service including Emergency Medical Service issues, future planning, Retirement, and health insurance.
